WE ARE LOOKING FOR HR EXPERT

We are currently seeking an HR Expert for the Implementation of Programme and Project Management in THE MINISTRY OF DEFENCE, ARMED FORCES OF UKRAINE, AND UKRAINIAN DEFENCE SECTOR:

Role Description for HR Expert for the Implementation of Programme and Project Management in THE MINISTRY OF DEFENCE, ARMED FORCES OF UKRAINE, AND UKRAINIAN DEFENCE SECTOR:

Responsibility Zone Functions:

• developing Role Description in Programme and Project Management (Responsibility Zone Functions, Requirements, Level of Experience, Soft Skills Assessment, Role Passport/Position);
• assessing and evaluating existing business processes in the field programme and project management, identifying needs in training and education for personnel involved in programme and project management;
• providing training and educational opportunities for personnel involved in the programme and project management;
• developing propositions on the introduction of the candidates' database and further implementation of the support program for professional development and motivation of the personnel involved in the programme and project management;
• proposing changes to the personnel management system, including incentive systems and career perspectives;
• ensuring gender equality and promoting opportunities for women in programme-project management;
• facilitating collective decision-making processes;
• support the Forming and building of effective project teams;
• providing support and guidance for transformational and cultural changes within the Project/Programme Team;
• contributing to the development of agile leadership for effective programme and project execution;
• studying foreign experience in the field of HR in the programme and project management implementation;
• contributing to the development of a knowledge management system, including a library, checklists, auxiliary algorithms, lessons learned, presentations, and other materials;
• collaborate with relevant stakeholders;
• provide HR support and expertise in various areas of project implementation;
• ensure the successful completion of assigned tasks and objectives.

Requirements:

• successful Experience in Human Resource management;
• deep understanding of the HR functions and Human Resource Management System Development, Familiarity with HR practices and policies;
• experience in programme and project management;
• experience in personnel training and development;
• strong communication and collaboration skills;
• ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
• knowledge of gender equality and diversity principles;
• knowledge of the Modern Leadership Concepts and Approaches of the transformation processes;
• continuous learning mindset and willingness to explore foreign best practices;
• ability to introduce changes in the field of HR knowledge management systems.

Level of Experience: 

•  Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and programme/project management roles (Senior Leadership Positions ONLY)

Contract duration: 12 months with possible prolongation

For contracting, a candidate should be able to register Private Entrepreneur of the 3d group.
