NGU «Foundation for Support of Reforms in Ukraine» invites Ukrainian public and commercial organizations, as well as private individuals, to participate in the competition for a provider of training services (educational training) for employees of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine within the framework of the TIPSTER project: «Trade, Intellectual Properties Support, and Technical Regulation.»
The TIPSTER project is implemented by the NGU “Foundation for Support of Reforms in Ukraine” with the financial support of the German government within the framework of the international cooperation project ReACT4UA («Application and implementation of the Association Agreement between the EU and Ukraine in the sphere of trade”), the executor of which is the German federal company Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
The project is aimed at increasing the competitiveness and sustainability of Ukrainian small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as the organizational capacity of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine in the context of tasks related to the future accession to the EU.
As part of this competition, we are looking for a contractor who will provide training for Ministry employees on the following topics:
• conducting professional negotiations;
• effective conflict management;
• stress resistance.
Deadline: January-February 2024.
Number of persons: 10.
Event format: online.
Number of hours for each topic: 5 academic hours (4 astronomical hours per day).
Number of days per subject: 1.
Preference in the selection will be given to contractors who can provide training by the European credit transfer and accumulation system (that is, the training program must provide a certificate of enrollment of a certain number of credits as a result of mastering the relevant lecture material, as well as independent work of the trainees).
The proposal must be submitted using the application form, which contains information about the applicant, a description of previous projects, a detailed description of the proposed program, and expected results. The budget is submitted as a separate file in XLS format. The application form and budget template are attached:
