The selection process for the Reforms Delivery Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (RDO), which was established with the EU and other international partners support to ensure an adequate level of organization and coordination of reforms implementation, preparation of proposals for the action plan of reforms implementation and monitoring of the status of the tasks implementation by ministries and other central executive bodies as envisaged by the reforms implementation plans, continues.
We are looking for 2 highly qualified professionals in decentralization and energy sector who will provide targeted technical assistance to the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and to the respective ministries during develoment and implementation of the sectorial strategies and priority reforms.
The RDO consultants will work under advisory contracts (not public service) that offer a competitive salary level. Salary rates will be determined individually on the basis of assessment of the candidates’ knowledge, competencies and professional experience.
