The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has approached the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the ‘EBRD’ or the ‘Bank’), as an institution with a mandate to support broad policy and institutional reforms in the transition region, with a request to provide technical assistance in support of the reform and development of Ukraine’s financial system, in particular by financing a Project Management Office responsible for financial sector reform (FSR PMO) at the NBU.
The NBU FSR PMO will be composed of 12 full-time consultants. Currently, we are looking for Senior Project Manager (Project Management Office for Financial Sector Reform, Enhancement of financial literacy).
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitate complex project on Financial literacy enhancement along defined deliverables on all stages, coordinating a great number of stakeholders, regulators and various organizations;
- Develop concept and roadmap for Financial literacy enhancement project, ensuring consistency with Program measures and deadlines;
- Develop various conceptual documents and programs on Financial literacy enhancement, including presentations and visualizations to them;
- Plan and organize events relating financial literacy topic for different targeted audiences;
- Facilitating communications with large number of stakeholders to ensure their effective cooperation within the Financial literacy enhancement project;
- Develop all types of information materials aimed at Financial literacy enhancement project and program implementation;
- Run adequate monitoring, estimation and reporting of Financial literacy enhancement project and provide it to all relevant stakeholders, including enhanced transparency of the financial reform effort;
- Ensure consistency with Program deadlines and proper escalation of the problem issues to the top management when necessary;
- Ensure project management approaches are applied throughout all stages of Program projects;
- Strengthen project management culture in financial market regulators;
- Hold presentations at Task Force Team meetings, Committees, round tables, conferences and other relevant events on key strategic issues, reform processes and challenges in the process of change;
- Hand completed project over to front line areas at the end of the project.
