Announces a tender for the purchase of services for the organisation of group and individual international trips

The NGU «Foundation for Support of Reforms in Ukraine» (FSRU) announces a tender for the purchase of services for the organisation of group and individual international trips from Ukraine to European countries within the framework of the «TIPSTER: Trade, Intellectual Property Support and TEchnical Regulation» Project.

The TIPSTER project is implemented by the Foundation for Support of Reforms in Ukraine with the financial support of the German government within the framework of the international cooperation project ReACT4UA («Application and implementation of the Association Agreement between the EU and Ukraine in the sphere of trade»), the executor of which is the German federal company Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.

FSRU plans to conduct three educational group trips (up to 10 participants each) for domestic small and medium-sized business representatives to Germany, Poland and Sweden (the destination country may be changed). In addition, visits of international experts to Ukraine and two trips for representatives of small and medium-sized businesses to Germany as part of a group of up to 10 participants are planned.

FSRU is looking for a qualified provider of services in the field of international travel organisation, which includes reservation and purchase of tickets, booking accommodation, renting buses abroad, and consulting support for participants of trips before, during and after their implementation.

Subject of purchase

The selected supplier must ensure the quality provision of the following services:

a) Planning options for international trips:

  • identify and recommend possible options for international trips, in particular, by train, bus, flight or a combination thereof, for participants of international trips from Ukraine to Germany, Poland and Sweden (the country of destination can be changed within Europe);

  • purchase round-trip international tickets and/or provide international transportation for individual and group trips (up to 10 participants each);

  • ensure temporal and logistical consistency of proposed transfers with planned activities for participants of international trips in destination countries.

b) Accommodation reservation:

  • determine and book suitable accommodation options for participants of international trips in the respective countries of destination with compliance with safety, hygiene and comfort conditions;

  • guarantee favorable rates for group bookings.

c) Bus rental abroad:

  • organize internal transfers of participants of international trips in the country of destination (bus rental);

  • ensure safety, reliability and comfort for the proposed travel options for the group in destination countries.

d) Advisory support and support:

  • conduct pre-briefings with international travel participants on important travel information, including border crossing requirements, local customs and regulations, procedures and emergency contacts;

  • provide support and provide support for participants of international trips as part of groups;

  • help participants of international trips in case of unforeseen and/or emergency situations;

  • conduct surveys of participants of international trips after their completion to gather feedback and suggestions.

Qualification requirements for the procured service provider:

  • at least 10 years of experience in providing services in the organization of group and individual international trips;

  • organization of at least 10 group international trips to European countries in the conditions of martial law in Ukraine.
