The Foundation for Support of Reforms in Ukraine announces a competition for the role of implementer for the trade mission of companies in the furniture sector to the United Kingdom as part of the TIPSTER project.
The Foundation for Support of Reforms in Ukraine invites Ukrainian civil and commercial organizations, as well as private individuals, to participate in the competition for the role of implementer for the trade mission to the United Kingdom under the TIPSTER project: «Trade, Intellectual Properties Support, and Technical Regulation». The project is implemented by the Foundation for Support of Reforms in Ukraine with financial support from the German government within the framework of the ReACT4UA international cooperation project («Implementation and Implementation of the Association Agreement between the EU and Ukraine in the Trade Sphere»), executed by the German federal company Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. The project aims to enhance the competitiveness and resilience of Ukrainian small and medium-sized enterprises, particularly in view of their accession to the EU.
In this competition, we are seeking a contractor who will provide organizational support for the trade mission of Ukrainian furniture manufacturers to the United Kingdom.
Location: United Kingdom
Timing: from September to December 2023
Preference will be given to activities that:
- Have a clear mission and objectives
- Present a formulated and cohesive concept
- Take place in physical locations
- Involve multiple participants from the relevant sector
- Ensure high visibility of activities, such as coverage in specialized press and social media
- Create opportunities for commercial activities during or shortly after the events
- Have sources of funding beyond those allocated to this project
Proposals should be submitted as a text file in DOC or PDF format, containing details about the applicant and program participants (company names, website links, brand descriptions, product and/or service annotations), descriptions of previous projects, detailed descriptions of proposed activities and expected outcomes, and an XLS file with the project budget.
