Non-Governmental Union “Foundation for Support of Reforms in Ukraine” (NGU “FSRU”) with the support of Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is launching the project “Capacity Development of the Export Development Department and Technical Regulation Department of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine to Steer and Coordinate Policy Establishment and Implementation”.
The project aims to provide technical assistance to the Export Development Department and Technical Regulation Department at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine (MEDT) to raise capacity to steer and coordinate policy establishment and implementation. This will include, amongst others, managing partner structures of Ukrainian team working on the National export strategy of Ukraine (NES) and International trade centre (ITC) that will work under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The Core team will be responsible for the coordination of Second national consultations with regard to Sector and Cross-sector strategies, the meetings of International Trade Council of Ukraine, coordination of establishment of a monitoring system for the purposes of NES and coordination and implementation of other tasks envisaged by NES.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Providing consultations on development of main communication support directions of the Export Strategy of Ukraine and International trade centre activities.
- Developing of recommendations on the stages of informing the business and the key target audience in the creating of Sector and Cross-sector strategies.
- Ensuring the current daily communication activity of key speakers from the above-mentioned topics.
- Developing communication materials for Second national consultations with regard to the Sector and Cross-sector strategies, forums, meetings of International trade council or/and working groups meetings, if needed
- Monitoring of mass media, social networks and analysis of public, business and expert's reaction on relevant initiatives.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in PR, communication, or relevant field
- At least 3 years of proven experience in PR, communication, SMM
- Familiarity with the National export strategy of Ukraine and International trade centre activities
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
- PC literacy
- Excellent command of English and Ukrainian, both written and spoken

- % of tasks delivered within deadlines
- N of developed communication materials
- Timely submission of monthly performance reports
