The Civil Society Foundation for Support of Reforms in Ukraine (FSRU) invites Ukrainian civil and commercial organizations, as well as individuals, to participate in a competition for the role of implementer for the trade mission to Switzerland under the project «TIPSTER: Trade, Intellectual Properties Support, and Technical Regulation».
This project is being implemented by FSRU with financial support from the German government, within the framework of the international cooperation project «ReACT4UA: Application and Implementation of the Association Agreement between the EU and Ukraine in Trade», implemented by the German federal company Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH
The project aims to enhance the competitiveness and resilience of Ukrainian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), particularly in view of Ukraine's EU accession.
In this context, we are seeking a contractor to organize and facilitate the participation of Ukrainian SMEs from the design and creative business sector in the Zurich Design Weeks events (https://www.designweeks.ch/), taking place in Zurich, Switzerland, from August 31 to September 19, 2023.
Preference in selection will be given to activities that:
- Have a clear mission and objectives
- Take place both in physical locations during Zurich Design Weeks and in a hybrid format
- Involve multiple participating companies from the relevant sector
- Ensure maximum visibility and business contacts for the participating companies
- Create opportunities for commercial activities during or shortly after the conclusion of the activities.
Please submit your proposals in a text file in DOC or PDF format, containing details about the applicant, descriptions of your previous projects, a detailed description of the proposed activities and expected results, and an XLS file with the project budget.
