The Ukraine Reforms Architecture (URA) is a comprehensive reform support programme aimed at stimulating systemic change in Ukraine’s public institutions and improving the business climate in the country. Since 2016, more than 200 Ukrainian reformers have contributed to dozens of reforms through the Reform Support Teams working in ten of the country’s ministries and agencies. URA is a joint programme of the EBRD and EU, managed by the EBRD and funded by the Ukraine Multi-Donor Fund*.
We are now looking for a Consultant to join the URA project management team, based in the EBRD’s Kyiv office. This is a an ideal opportunity for a dynamic and fast learner with knowledge of the political economy of reforms in Ukraine, excellent analytical, project management, monitoring and evaluation skills, an advance degree in public policy, economics, international relations or a related field and experience working with technical assistance projects ideally for a government, donor or international organisation. The initial length of the contract is one year, with the possibility for extension and conversion subject to performance and donor funding.
