Recently, the team of the Foundation for Support of Reforms in Ukraine came together for a strategic session. Such meetings are part of the Foundation’s systematic approach to developing both as a team and as an organisation.
Reviewing results and jointly improving internal processes
The aim of the strategic session was to review the Foundation’s performance, discuss internal processes, and define future priorities for its work.
During the session, every participant had the opportunity to share their views and be heard. Discussions were open and constructive, focusing on how processes are organised, the rationale behind existing approaches, and potential changes to improve efficiency.
First, the team analysed where the planned goals had been achieved, where the results had exceeded expectations, and where challenges had emerged.
The next stage focused on joint work to improve internal processes. Participants shared experience, asked questions, and discussed ways to organise work more effectively, balance the team’s workload, and better align day-to-day activities with the Foundation’s strategy.
Team collaboration as the foundation of effective work
“This session was another reminder that strong teams are built on trust, professional maturity, and honesty with ourselves. Openness to dialogue, willingness to support one another, and taking responsibility for our shared work are key to the organisation’s development,” emphasised the Foundation’s Executive Director, Yurii Shkil.
The strategic session provided a solid basis for planning the next phase of the Foundation’s activities and reinforced confidence in the chosen direction of development.
