What does “support for reforms” mean? 
In our case, it means over 120 implemented projects and initiatives, teams of reformers in key ministries, and modernised processes in defence, the economy, education, healthcare, and governance.
Systemic transformations for a strong state
Over 10 years of work, the Foundation has become a platform for launching systemic transformations. Our initiatives have helped to form new institutions, modernise the civil service, support ministries in implementing policies and attract hundreds of experts to the public sector.
