The Foundation for Support of Reforms in Ukraine has received ISO 9001:2015 certification!

The Foundation’s team successfully completed international certification by TÜV Austria and received a certificate confirming compliance with ISO 9001:2015

The Foundation’s team has successfully completed international certification and received a certificate of compliance with ISO 9001:2015, one of the world's most recognised quality management standards.

The certification confirms that the Foundation has implemented and consistently operates a quality management system that meets international requirements and is applied in the organisation's daily operations.

International standard as a basis for management

For the Foundation, ISO 9001:2015 is a management framework that defines the approach to organising work, planning activities and making decisions.

This approach is based on a clear distribution of roles and responsibilities, transparent management processes, a systematic approach to risk and change management, and regular analysis of performance results. The focus is on ensuring the consistency and predictability of the organisation's work, as well as the stable quality of results.

International certification

The Foundation's ISO 9001:2015 certificate was issued by TÜV Austria, an international certification body with many years of experience in auditing organisations in various countries and sectors.

The certification audit confirmed that the Foundation's quality management system complies with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard. The audit confirmed that the system is integrated into the organisation's key processes and is applied in practice.

How it works at the Foundation

The quality management system at the Foundation is used as a practical management tool and covers key areas of activity, including:

  • project planning, implementation and monitoring;

  • risk and change management;

  • documentation and organisational knowledge management;

  • performance analysis and approach adjustment.

These elements are part of the team's daily work and support management decision-making at various levels.

What this means for partners

For the Foundation's partners, ISO 9001:2015 certification confirms the systematic and predictable nature of the organisation's work, its adherence to agreed management approaches and its ability to deliver consistent quality results within the framework of long-term cooperation.

The certification also demonstrates the Foundation's ability to manage risks, adapt to change, and maintain an appropriate level of internal control during the implementation of programmes and projects.

Future approach

The quality management system is an ongoing management practice for the Foundation. It is used to ensure that decisions are made based on analysis and experience, and that the organisation's development remains consistent, controlled, and sustainable.
