The Expert Deployment for Governance and Economic Growth (EDGE) Project provides with technical assistance to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine to create effective system on corruption reporting and protection of Whistle-blowers. One of the tasks is to develop and implement of the relevant by-law draft which will bring under regulation the working procedures on anti-corruption legislation violation reporting, delivered by the Whistle-blowers to the Call-center.
Legal Advisor on Corruption Reporting and Protection of Whistle-blowers (MoH) will be responsible for development and implementation of the relevant by-law draft.
