The Non-governmental Union “Foundation for Support of Reforms in Ukraine” (hereinafter referred to as the “FSRU”) announces a competition for the position of Project Manager of Veterans Engagement within the framework of the project “Establishment of an Investment Support Office at the Ministry of Strategic Industries of Ukraine”.
The project “Establishment of the Investment Support Office at the Ministry of Strategic Industries of Ukraine” is being implemented by the FSRU with the financial support of the Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund (hereinafter - UMAEF). The project is aimed at developing transparent and effective mechanisms for localising Western strategic technologies and creating a systematic approach to cooperation.
Scope of services and tasks of the Project Manager of veterans engagement:

Participation in the development of policies to attract veterans to work at enterprises in strategic industries;

Developing retraining programs for veterans in cooperation with stakeholders;

Disseminate information about available services, programs or events for veterans;

Organization of educational, rehabilitation, psychological or professional activities;
-
Establishing cooperation with public organizations, businesses, and government agencies;
-
Ensure communication between veterans and support organizations;
-
Preparing reports on project implementation and goal achievement;
-
Developing guidelines for employers on working with veterans.
Qualification requirements:

Experience working with veterans, understanding the specifics of working with the veteran community;

Organizational skills;
-
Experience in interaction with public authorities;
-
Experience in organizing events will be an advantage.
