Research-based Policy Paper "Track III Dialogues in Ukraine: Major Patterns and Resulting Risks"

Tatiana Kyselova (Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence in European Studies, Kyiv-Mohyla Academy) and Julia v. Dobeneck (Center for Peace Mediation, European University Viadrina) issued the Research-based Policy Paper "Track III Dialogues in Ukraine: Major Patterns and Resulting Risks".

The paper highlights the results of the research project “Challenges to Dialogue in Ukraine” (2016- 2017) with a view to identifying existent challenges of dialogues at Track III in Ukraine and exploring causes of these challenges.

The research is based on the empirical data from 40 interviews and 3 focus groups and aimed at assisting experts and parties to a dialogue in taking decisions regarding the development of dialogue processes and strategies of their implementation.
