The success story of Barbarossa LLC (ANDRE TAN)

‘ANDRE TAN’ is a Ukrainian brand that has been setting trends in the fashion world for many years. High quality materials, innovative approach, attention to detail and a harmonious combination of style and comfort have made it a favourite brand for many Ukrainian women.

Ukrainian fashion is reaching a new level!

But true fashion knows no borders, so in 2024, the company made a strategic decision to enter the European market and signed the first contracts to open branded stores in Poland and Germany.

However, in order to present Ukrainian fashion to the world on a truly large scale, it was necessary to take another important step - to create an international online store.

By participating in the Microgrants for Big Ideas: Export project, the Ukrainian brand ANDRE TAN (Barbarossa LLC) managed to launch a new online resource that provided convenient access to ANDRE TAN collections and allowed it to confidently express itself on the European market.

What were the grant funds spent on?

✅ Development and launch of an international online store - the company entered new markets and expanded the brand's sales geography.

✅ Integration with payment systems and CRM - customers received convenient service and fast ordering.

✅ Creation of high-quality content - products have become more attractive to customers, and online sales have increased.

✅ Optimisation of logistics - consultations and implementation of effective solutions for international delivery allowed to optimise international export processes.

💪 On 20 February 2025, the brand's official international website was launched in test mode. Today, the platform is already fully operational, offering quality service to customers from European countries.
