33 teams from business and vocational education institutions will learn project management to change education together

InConnect 2: Посилення партнерства закладів професійної освіти та бізнесу

As part of the InConnect 2 project, intensive online training has begun for 33 teams that bring together representatives of VET and businesses. Over the next few months, participants will immerse themselves in a practical course on project management to create their own joint initiatives — from the idea to the defense of a full-fledged project.   InConnect2

💡 The teams will undergo more than 90 hours of training, including workshops, mentoring sessions, and consultations on best practices in project management. The focus is on real-life cases, working in pairs, and building partnerships that work.

🔗 Today, 13 memoranda of cooperation between business and VET institutions have already been signed within the framework of InConnect 2 — and this is just the beginning. We are creating a platform where education and the labor market finally speak the same language.

👥 Ahead lies a competition for projects and the implementation of the best ones in communities. The partnership between business and education is becoming an instrument of recovery.

The project “InConnect 2: Strengthening VET-Business Partnership” is being implemented by the NGU ‘Foundation for support of reforms in Ukraine’ with the financial support of the European Union, Germany, Poland and Estonia within the framework of the Skills4Recovery Multi-Donor Initiative implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ Ukraine) GmbH and Solidarity Fund PL - Fundacja Solidarności Międzynarodowej (SFPL).
